Refund Policies

Order Changes:

Made to Order rings (rings and wedding bands found under the Shop section and Customize Your Own section) begin production 48 hours after your order is placed

Build Your Own rings and Custom Listings begin production 1 week after your order is placed

**Any metal or stone changes made to your order before your ring has begun production will incur a $50 fee. Changes made after your ring has begun production will incur a 20% remake fee

 **Ring size changes made to your order will incur a $50 fee + the cost of the resize and will extend your ring's make time 4-5 weeks

Cancellations:

Made to Order rings cancelled within 48 hours of ordering will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Build Your Own rings and Custom Listings cancelled within 1 week of ordering will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 1 week will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Loose Gemstones have a 5% cancellation fee

Ready to Ship rings have a 5% cancellation fee

Exchanges:

No problem! I gladly accept exchanges on non custom rings!

All exchanges incur a 20% exchange fee, which will be deducted from your store credit

I do not accept exchanges on:
- Build Your Own rings
- Custom Rings
- Items on sale

Returns:

All returns incur a 20% return fee, which will be deducted from your refund

I do not accept returns on:
- Build Your Own rings
- Custom Rings
- Items on sale
