Refund policy
CANCELLATION FEE- Oore Jewelry reserves the right to charge a 5 or 20% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders from your chosen payment processor. This covers the transaction fees from your refund. If you cancel within the first 24 hours it will be 5%, once I start on your ring you will be charged the 20% cancellation fee.
While I do accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date on non custom rings, there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
