Shipping:
All items will ship fully insured and require a signature. International packages ship via UPS and will have the full item amount declared on the package. International customers are responsible for any custom/duty tax owed to your country.
All items are made to order, please check make time on above banner before ordering. Made to order and Build your own have two different make times. Please see current make times on top banner. Only READY TO SHIP is ready to ship, everything else is made to order.
Cancellation policy:
Oore Jewelry reserves the right to charge a 5% cancellation policy for all Made to Order rings that are cancelled within 48 hours from purchase. After 48 hours there is a 20% cancellation fee if your ring has been started on.
Build Your Own rings and Custom Listings cancelled within 1 week of ordering will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after 1 week will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Any metal or stone changes made to your order before your ring has begun production will incur a $50 fee. Changes made after your ring has begun production will incur a 20% remake fee
Ring size changes made to your order will incur a $50 fee + the cost of the resize and will extend your ring's make time
Return policy:
While I do accept returns within 7 days there will be a 20% restocking fee.
I accept returns on non-custom made to order pieces if sent back within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
Build your own rings are custom and non-returnable.
Changing stone size/stones on rings is custom and makes it non-returnable.
Warranty:
I offer a 2-year warranty which covers tightening of prongs, replacement of small side stones, polishing and cleaning. This does not cover damage or loss of center stone, I recommend getting your ring insured to cover that!
You may get your ring resized locally and it will not void my two-year warranty.
I do not work with customer provided stones or sell just my settings. I do sell just my stones though, so if you see a stone listed that you love you are more than welcome to purchase just the stone!
Please note custom/build your own make times in particular are best estimates! Most of the rings will be completed during this timeframe but due to the nature of custom rings being one of a kind to fit your stone there is the possibility of delay if a ring doesn’t turn out to meet my quality standards the first time. I want your ring to be a treasured piece that lasts a lifetime so it is important to me (and you) that I never compromise quality to rush. Please do not plan a proposal close to the end of your make time so that we can accommodate a remake if necessary! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!
